Shoulder pain is a real problem.  A lot of times it happens in conjunction with playing a sport or otherwise working out.  For example, if you play tennis or baseball, you are using your shoulder for an unnatural motion repeatedly.  Doing these unnatural motions forcefully can cause significant damage over time.  Similarly, if you lift weights and do things like the bench press on a consistent basis, you can really put yourself at risk if you don’t use the proper form and have someone to guide you.

Shoulder Pain

The best mattress for shoulder pain is one that is very supportive and will allow you to sleep on your side without discomfort.  There are certain mattresses that can even help alleviate some of the pain in your shoulder and neck.  You should definitely be willing to pay a little extra to get a top mattress for shoulder problems.  Some of the cheaper beds that you can get might actually do you more harm than good, so make sure you keep this in mind when making a purchase.
